Just go!!! Always go. Get appetizers. Get cheesecake. All of it, is soooo good. We all have our favorites, but sometimes we try new dishes!! There will be a wait for a table; there always is..lol Go to the bar, if you can and wait for your table to be ready. Portion sizes are great. Tastes are marvelous. Cheesecake is to die for!!

This is your typical cheesecake factory! Always consistent. Wait time was only 5 minutes. We had the modelo especial on draft, french dip cheeseburger, a salad, and the pepperoni flat bread pizza! The staff were wonderful!

We first tried The Cheesecake Factory in 2016 while on holiday from Europe and really liked it, so we went back a couple of times. However, when we visited the Seattle location last year, we were a bit disappointed and thought the standards had changed. Thankfully, when we gave it another chance in Reno this July, we had a great experience again! The food was delicious, and the portions were huge as always. We were hoping to try the cheesecake, but after such a big meal, we just couldn’t manage it—and those cheesecake calories are no joke! Maybe next time...

three friends, and we had such a great time! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner out. The service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. We each tried different dishes, and everything we ordered was delicious – from the appetizers to the main courses. And of course, the cheesecake was the star of the show. We shared a few different flavors, and they were all amazing – rich, creamy, and perfectly sweet. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Great food, excellent service, and a fun vibe to enjoy with friends. Highly recommend!

Minus have 1487 item on their menu it’s great. Not complaining but if you have a group that can’t decide what to eat, go here. I got a spicy pasta and chicken dish which was great and the ladies both got different kinds of salmon which were also wonderful. Servers were great since it was my mom’s birthday and worked with getting her a surprise cheesecake. Overall great experience and we’ll be going back.

Best meal ever! Our waitress was fantastic and on point. We went on Valentines day so it was busy, as expected but service wasn't interrupted bc of it. She did a fantastic job!! The flavor of the pasta sauce and everything was just fantastic!!!

My first time eating with my friends , we celebrate my friend analiza's birthday, we love to eat here, the food is tasty and the staff are friendly.
